Zoe brings 8+ years of recruiting and client services experience to Propel. As Associate Director, Business & Client Services, she plays a key role in directing Propel's day-to-day operations, strengthening internal processes, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for both clients and candidates. She also remains actively involved in recruiting and talent strategy across all the industries and functional roles we support.

Zoe is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building at every level. She brings a service-oriented mindset to everything she does, with a focus on creating thoughtful processes and attentive client/candidate service from beginning to end.
